About Dorothy

Dorothy McLeod is the president and CEO of It's Your Tour. Bringing her rich and varied work experience, excellent communication skills and creative spirit to her latest venture, Dorothy has the sharp mind and vibrant personality that draws clients and keeps them coming back for more. Dorothy studied Travel and Tourism at Cypress College and continuously updates her expertise by taking numerous seminars to keep up with the latest trends in this ever changing industry.

Dorothy began her career in New York in the jewelry business as an administrator, where she earned a reputation as a no nonsense professional. She also spent two years in civil service with the U. S. Treasury, Department of Customs, and Fair Housing under the Department of Housing and Urban Development. She has held positions as sales coordinator/negotiator, Executive Assistant to a high power television executive producer at Gaumont Distribution, publicist, and event coordinator. These skills, along with her caring attitude and warm personality, have helped Dorothy create long standing relationships and a loyal list of clients.
